Nathan's background is medical and consumer healthcare based design. He has won multiple design and innovation awards privately and while employed. His experience involves pharma secondary-pack design environment, design and development of dialysis equipment and working with FMCGs such as Beachams, Panadol, Sensodyne and Aquafresh.

David has been working in a pharmacuetical and consumer healthcare environment ever since he graduated. He has created award winning, patented and commercialised concepts in the pharmaceutical industry. He is an RSA fellow and a past winner of the prestigious RSA Design award. He brings excellent creativity, brilliant design skill and a wealth of experience to Af.

Belinda has a PhD in biomedical engineering, her strong knowledge and academic research experience in varied fields relating to cell, material and reconstructive engineering adds reliability and scientific rigour to our development processes.

Vincent builds upon his masters in Medical Engineering to combine engineering and biomedical expertise to focus upon the technical details of implementation, optimisation of product, simulation and electronic or software integration.
